Refund policy

All Where We Play Apparel products are custom printed to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

Defects & Misprints: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Sizing: Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing selections made by the customer.
