All Where We Play Apparel products are custom printed to order. Because products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing selections or change of mind.

Please review the applicable product information and size guide carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Our Return and refund policy provides additional information regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or incorrectly shipped items.

9. Defects, Misprints, and Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.

For damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and refund policy.

We are not responsible for sizing selections made by the customer. Please refer to the applicable size guide before placing your order.

10. Personalized and Customized Products

Where We Play Apparel may offer personalized or customized products.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order. This includes names, text, numbers, spelling, capitalization, and other information provided by you.

We are not responsible for errors in personalization information that was submitted incorrectly by the customer.
